What we're actually doing in the room

Part 1: Solve the problem

We start by figuring out what your lead magnet actually needs to do. Not just "attract people" — specifically, what problem does it solve, for who, and what does it qualify them for? Most lead magnets fail because they're built backwards. A PDF someone downloads and never opens isn't a funnel - t's a dead end. We fix that first.

We go in depth to the context of the funnel using buying psychology and reverse engineering your offers.

Part 2: Map the funnel

Once we know what the lead magnet is and what we want the funnel to do. We use AI to map the whole system. I have created a fully custom tool that you get to access to create your Regional Funnel Blueprint. The system flags areas that feel weak and where your best chances of conversion are. We map the touchpoints from first contact to paying client, so you can see exactly how someone moves through your world and what they need at each step before they're ready to buy.

This workshop doesn't hand you a template and wish you luck. It walks you through the thinking first, then uses AI to build the actual funnel map. You leave with something solid, not another half-finished folder on your desktop.
