My top tips to staying organised while self employed

My entire ethos is about working smarter not harder in every way possible. If I can shortcut or hack something, some way to reduce my mental load, reduce my overwhelm, get the result faster, delegate it, outsource it, automate it, whatever it is so that I am working smarter not harder, I am hear for it!
