Surviving the 4 stages of growth

Ready to achieve some big things in 2023? Then you are probably going to move through these four stages of growth to get to where you want to go!
Stage 1. You have recognised the desire to change. Congratulations! This is pure excitement when you want to change where you are at in your business. There are so many opportunities at your finger tips.
This is when you get to start with pure energy and joy. Starting is fun! Whether you want to grow your business. Increase revenue. Improve systems. Streamline processes. Amplify your efforts.
It’s about recognising where you are at right now is not where you want to be forever. An equally important part of the acknowledgment phase is also understanding where you want to go. This is why I value goal setting and vision setting so highly.
Stage 2. Challenging everything. When you start pushing boundaries and questioning what you are currently doing is what pushes you out of the comfort zone into a true growth phase.
This is when you are taking ideas and turning them inside out and upside down. Breaking your business into bits so that you can build them back into your dream business. It’s exciting and invigorating.
It can also be uncomfortable and vulnerable, you have to be very objective and recognise that not every idea is a good idea!
Stage 3. The messy middle! Now, this is when people get INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. Because you are trusting that the results are coming. You’re having to back yourself fully and trust that this new growth IS a good idea. That this idea you’ve committed to and are actioning IS going to serve you in the long run.
So many people choose not to stay in it.
You might get uncomfortable and shift strategies or chase shiny objects.
At this stage, support is necessary. It’s when I really have to remind you of why you started. We look back at those big goals. We walk through the vision we set out and talk about why you decided to start on this path to growth.
Support is one of the biggest hacks to staying in it. Surviving the messy middle also means hacking your rewards system, recognising tiny victories so you can keep pushing through and staying in it.
Stage 4. Results. You made it. The results are here. This is when you can really celebrate the hard work that you’ve done. You get to enjoy the benefits of your growth, and you get to enjoy this new level of success.
