- Wins you’ve created
- Growth you’ve achieved
These are your receipts.
Keep them close.
Because the next time imposter syndrome creeps in, you’ll have evidence that you’re already qualified, capable, and credible.
Step 5: Decide That You’re the One
This is the hardest part — and the most important.
Authority isn’t given.
It’s claimed.
You don’t need to wait for permission, a big feature, or someone to anoint you as the “go-to.”
