Project Elevate Retreat – Terms & Conditions
Perth, WA | July 31 – August 3, 2025
By completing your booking for the Project Elevate Retreat, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
Full Payment Requirement: All retreat bookings must be paid in full by June 17, 2025.
Early Bird Offer: Early bird pricing is available until March 31, 2025. After this date, standard rates apply.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available but must be completed by June 17, 2025.

2. Cancellation Policy
Before June 17, 2025: Cancellations will be eligible for a refund, minus a $250 non-refundable administration fee.
After June 17, 2025:
Cancellations will forfeit the accommodation portion of the booking fee.
Additional charges may apply depending on the proximity to the retreat date and the incurred expenses.
Any refunds will be at the discretion of Tori Kopke and will consider the timing and reason for cancellation.
3. Transfers & Name Changes
If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Tori Kopke.
Name changes must be communicated in writing at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
4. Travel & Accommodation
All participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to Rockingham, WA, and ensuring timely arrival at the accommodation on Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Check-in and retreat commencement will be shared in advance.
The retreat accommodation is provided in shared or single rooms, as per the participant's booking.

5. Health, Safety & Liability
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are physically and mentally fit to attend the retreat.
Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs must be disclosed in the intake form or communicated to Tori Kopke prior to the retreat.
Tori Kopke is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk.
The facilitator is not liable for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the retreat.
6. Insurance
It is strongly recommended that participants arrange personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including illness, injury, travel delays, or cancellation.
7. Changes to the Itinerary
While every effort will be made to deliver the experiences outlined, the itinerary is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
8. Photography & Media Consent
Professional photography will take place during the retreat. By attending, you grant permission for your images to be used in promotional materials related to Tori Kopke and The Power Project, unless you specify otherwise.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform Tori in writing prior to the retreat.
9. Code of Conduct
This is an inclusive, respectful space. All participants are expected to engage in a manner that aligns with community values—supportive, respectful, and empowering.
Any behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
10. Force Majeure
Tori Kopke is not liable for events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) that may affect the retreat.
In such circumstances, participants will be offered the choice of rescheduling or transferring their booking. Refunds will be considered based on the circumstances and incurred costs.

11. Limitation of Liability
Tori Kopke’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the retreat. She is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
